About
I’m Dr. Noor — a PhD-trained clinical dietitian in Karachi. I built this practice for the person who has tried every plan and is tired of noise. Real food. Real kitchens. A plan that quietly fits your life.

Story
I started in hospital wards — nutrition support for the sickest patients, where you learn quickly that food is medicine and also mercy.
Twelve years later, I run a private practice that reads more like a kitchen than a clinic. My clients come with lab reports, family histories, and the quiet exhaustion of trying too hard.
We slow down. We look at the whole picture. Then we build something that feels less like a diet and more like a way of living.
