About Dr. Noor
Five years, one quiet belief: food should feel like care.
I’m Dr. Noor, a dietitian helping people in Lahore and across Pakistan improve their relationship with food through personalized online nutrition guidance.
Personalized nutrition guidance built around your health, your routine, and the Pakistani foods you already know and enjoy.
My approach is simple: nutrition should support your life, not take it over.
Whether you are trying to manage your weight, navigate PCOS, improve blood sugar control, support thyroid health, or understand ongoing digestive concerns, your nutrition plan should reflect your individual needs rather than forcing you into a generic diet chart.

Nutrition That Fits Real Life
There is no shortage of diet advice online.
Eat this. Avoid that. Remove carbs. Skip dinner. Drink a certain tea. Follow a 30-day challenge.
The problem is that most of this advice knows nothing about your health, your routine, your food preferences, or the meals your family actually eats.
That is why I take a more personalized approach.
Before making recommendations, I look at your health concerns, eating habits, lifestyle, daily routine, food preferences, goals, and any relevant medical information you already have.
From there, we build a nutrition plan that is practical enough to follow beyond the first few weeks.
Because a successful diet plan should not only look good on paper. It should work in your everyday life.

Values
What I won't do.
01
No shame
Your body isn't a problem to solve. It's a partner. We speak to it accordingly.
02
No shortcuts
Sustainable change is slow work. I won't sell you a 21-day miracle.
03
No copy-paste plans
Every plan is written for one person — you. Your kitchen, your labs, your life.
